We are glad to receive and share your opinions on our handcrafted products and our services, provided they meet the criteria set out below.
How to write a relevant review
- Describe the positive or negative aspects of the product, based on your own experience.
- Offer practical advice on how to use the product.
- Compare the product with similar items, so that your assessment is more meaningful.
What to avoid
- Do not ask questions about the product or the website. For that, please contact Customer Service.
- Avoid coarse language, offensive remarks or personal data.
- Do not include telephone numbers, postal addresses, e-mail addresses or web pages.
- Do not discuss product availability, shipping or services. For that, please contact Customer Service.
- Do not argue with other users' ratings.
- Do not give general advice about product categories, or about subjects not directly related to the product being reviewed.
How reviews are collected
We collect reviews through our own website.
Once registered, any user can leave a review of our services, or of a specific product they have purchased, using the form provided.
Some reviews published on the Soffio d'Arte website may also be reproduced faithfully from other websites or external platforms, such as Matrimonio.com.
In such cases the content of the review is reproduced without altering its meaning and, wherever possible, the source website is stated. Those reviews remain subject to the collection, verification and publication rules of the platform on which they were originally posted.
Moderation of reviews
Every review submitted goes through a moderation process.
Our team examines reviews to make sure they are respectful and genuinely useful to other customers.
Publication of reviews
Once they have passed moderation, reviews are published on our online shop.
Reviews are shown in chronological order, with the most recent at the top, so that the information stays current and relevant over time.
We will respect reviews that are consistent with the rating given, and we may reject reviews for a number of reasons.
We reserve the right to edit or remove content that is incompatible with these terms.
Users are responsible for the content they submit.
Types of review
On the Soffio d'Arte website we welcome two main types of review: those about products customers have actually bought and/or used, and those about their overall experience with the company, with Customer Service or with delivery.
Reviews from external websites may also be published, reproduced faithfully and accompanied, wherever possible, by an indication of the platform on which they were originally published.
Verification of reviews
We recognise how important it is that reviews are genuine.
We are committed to keeping this process based on transparency and on the quality of the experiences shared.
Reviews collected directly on our site can be linked to registered users, or to products that were actually purchased.
For reviews taken from other websites, Soffio d'Arte simply reproduces faithfully what was published on the source platform, and cannot guarantee any verification method other than the one adopted by that platform.
We reserve the right not to publish, or to remove, certain reviews for clearly stated reasons.
By submitting your review, you grant us the rights needed to use it.
You agree not to post false, misleading or harmful content.
With your review you declare that you are the author of the content, you grant Soffio d'Arte the rights to use it, and you accept that your data will be stored as set out in the Privacy Policy.
You warrant that you are not infringing any law or third-party rights.
You agree to hold Soffio d'Arte harmless from any claim arising from a breach of these terms.
Soffio d'Arte may amend these terms at any time by publishing updated versions online.
